Document and File Administrator
An Offshore Management company, based in Port Louis, is looking for a suitable candidate to fill a Document and File Administrator position.
The purpose of the job is to ensure the categorisation, organisation, storage and retrieval of documents and files. The candidate will be part of a centralised team supporting company operations by performing a variety of standardised tasks e.g. physical & electronic filing of documents, archiving of documents, updating the system, as per a defined procedures.
This function is critical to achieve and maintain the company’s integrity of its documents and files, to supports its regulatory and client service requirements. A candidate will be exposed to all the operational aspects of the company.
The preparation of physical documents to be filed
The electronic and physical filing of the documents
The storage of the documents
Archiving of documents
Retrieval of documents
Interact with the Operation Teams
Maintain integrity of all records at all times
1-2 years experience in a business environment
Intermediate to Advanced Excel proficiency
Organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
Accuracy and attention to detail
Problem solving skills
Ability to work in a fast paced international environment
Fluent in English
Candidates must live in Mauritius and must be eligible to work in Mauritius.
